I store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way (including credit card information). Your personal information will be used for coaching and payment purposes only. My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers. I may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about my company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement I may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Cancellation Policy:

I require 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, no refund will be provided. Refunds will not be provided for any purchased plans. If a client becomes pregnant or suspends sessions for any other reason, sessions may be continued after the delivery, or at any time the client chooses. Purchased materials are also non-refundable. I reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time, but will do so with written notice and an offer to reschedule. I reserve the right to "fire" any client for abuse or non-compliance; refunds for the remaining sessions will be provided.
