Fertility Awareness

This option is for engaged or married couples desiring to identify your fertile or non-fertile days in order to either achieve or avoid pregnancy. Fertility Awareness methods are highly effective, and comparable to artificial hormonal birth control in avoiding pregnancy, when used correctly.  For those trying to get pregnant, using Fertility Awareness can speed up the process by many months when days of fertility are understood.

In order to achieve these effectiveness rates, there are a recommended 9 sessions over one year.  Each 60 minute session is $150 (plus a $125 materials fee).  There is also the Charting Only package option if you'd like to save money ($1300 - only $130 per session).
